I am Janice Hayes, Independent Color Street Stylist, Gold Leader! I started this Color Street adventure in April 2020 to get some free nails and quit once life got back to normal after the pandemic! Little did I know things would not be normal for some time, and my little gig turned into something much greater. I wanted to share this experience. Helping others find their way into an opportunity I never knew existed!

Since I started, I have been Number 1 in sales in one month and Number 1 in Enrolling another, while staying in the top 50 of the company every month consistently. I also achieved Number 1 in the company for promoting to Executive Director in 4 months. I came in Number 2 in the company for promoting leaders and helping my team hit their jumpstarts quickly as well! I have achieved Circle of Excellence every month since I started as well, which is a combination of sales and building a team.

To say I have enjoyed this adventure is an understatement. I started with no experience at selling anything. I have shown dogs for 30 years and this whole world of networking was new to me. I wanted to learn all that Color Street offered and immersed myself in all the available training. As I continue to do this, my personal development and growth in the company have continued to grow and thrive!

I was the Main Stage Speaker for our 2021 Pave the Way Conference. I have never had any experience with something like that and it was incredible!

Application tips and tricks

Learn How To Apply

Remove clear cover.

Select the size nail polish strips that best fit your nails

Peel polish strip.

Gently peel the nail polish strip from its backing by pulling on the silver tab.

Remove tab & select end.

To use the other side of the double-ended nail polish strip, gently break away the silver tab.

Apply to nail & gently stretch to fit.

Place and smooth the strip on your nail until it is wrinkle-free, and gently stretch for a perfect fit.

Gently file excess

or remove with fingernail.

Crease the nail polish strip over the tip of your nail, and remove the excess by filing in a downward motion, or with the free edge of your nail.
